my first cultural shock

I had my first cultural shock :)

Every employee has his own box on the floor for different purposes including distribution of the promotional materials.
But I was really surprised when i saw in those boxes envelopes with salary invoices!
And everybody takes only his/her :))))

Back home it would not work i guess :)
